To make orthodontic treatment more accessible, we offer interest-free payment plans by direct debit or standing order. You can start by paying the deposit, and pay the rest over an 18-month period!

A straight smile should be available to everyone. We can help make your treatment more affordable by spreading out your payments over a period of 12 to 24 months.
Because each smile is different, we can’t give you exact costs on treatment, but you can get a custom quote at your free consultation with us.

Additional costs at Trinity House Orthodontics
In some instances, we’ll need to supplement your treatment with other orthodontic appliances or procedures. Here’s what to expect:
- Dental scans and radiographs etc are now £120
- Intraoral scan for Invisalign® treatment: £100 (We’ll deduct this from your Invisalign® treatment costs if you decide to proceed.)
- Removable and functionals are from £380
- Additional retainers:
- NHS retainers: £95.73 each
- PRIVATE retainers: £130 each
- BONDED : from £325 each
- Vivera retainers by Invisalign® from £440 (includes 3 sets of retainers)
- Bonded retainers from £165
- Temporary anchorage screws from £450 each
Private treatment costs
With private treatment, you can begin treatment immediately, and you can schedule your appointments when convenient for you. We will be happy to schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr Schuth as soon as you are ready to begin treatment.
At Trinity House, we offer private consultations with a Treatment Coordinator free of charge. Once you decide to move forward with treatment, we schedule a follow-up appointment with Dr Schuth at the cost of £100. This would include:
- A special set of radiographs (x-rays) that can show us your teeth’s development as well as any apparent jaw discrepancies
- Impressions (moulds) and photographs of your teeth
- A full examination of your teeth and jaws
