We are a referral only service.
Our practice accepts referrals from general dental practitioners only. Unfortunately we are unable to accept self referrals.
Once we have received your referral and it has been processed a member of our team will contact you to arrange an appointment.
Tracking your referral:
You can monitor the progress of your referral using your unique reference number. If you do not have your URN please contact your referring dental practice who will be able to provide it.
Once you have your number visit the Track My Referral website, enter your number into the referral tracking section to check the current status of your referral.
